Payments & refunds

How it works

Click "Unlock Pro" or "Unlock Pro+" in the panel. Stripe handles the checkout securely. Once paid, the report for that location is permanently unlocked in your browser.

Accepted payment methods

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe.

Refund policy

If a technical issue prevents your report from loading after payment, email nickdavies100@gmail.com and we'll resolve it or refund you within 48 hours.

⚠️ Reports are statistical estimates. Refunds aren't issued because a score differs from expectations β€” please review what's included before purchasing.

Troubleshooting

Go to chrome://extensions, confirm SafeZone is enabled (blue toggle), click ↻ refresh, then hard-refresh Maps with Ctrl + Shift + R. The panel requires a specific location β€” search for an address first. If you closed it with βœ•, look for the small SafeZone restore button in the bottom-right corner.
Type the address in the Maps search box and press Enter. For pin drops, right-click the map and wait 1–3 seconds. Click the ↻ button in the panel to manually force a refresh at any time.
The PDF requires the backend server running on your computer. Open Command Prompt in the safezone-v3\backend folder and run node server.js. Keep that window open while using the extension.
The backend server must be running. In Command Prompt, navigate to safezone-v3\backend and run node server.js. You should see "SafeZone backend running on http://localhost:4242". Also make sure Chrome isn't blocking popups for Google Maps.
Return to the Google Maps tab after payment β€” the panel checks every 5 seconds for up to 6 minutes. If it still doesn't unlock, email nickdavies100@gmail.com with your payment receipt and we'll sort it immediately.
Search the address directly in the Google Maps search box before downloading the PDF β€” the extension reads the address from there. If you dropped a pin on empty land, GPS coordinates are the correct fallback.
